HOPPER FEEDER

Increased production

Lower labor requirements

Ergonomic design

The Hopper Feeder continuously feeds work pieces into a moulder. The boards are manually placed in a vertical accumulation Hopper. A web top conveyor belt separates the work pieces at high speeds and feeds them into the moulder.

MOULDER OUTFEED

Increased production

Lower labor requirements

Ergonomic design

The Lent's Machinery Moulder Outfeed automates the accumulation of boards as they exits a moulder. A powered outfeed rollcase conveys the stock out of the moulder then pivots down lowering the stock onto a set of Polyurethane side transfer belts. Once the stock is out of the moulder a accumulation conveyor indexes automatically transferring the boards so they can easily be manually stacked.
